Domain and hosting, the basics for non-technical clients

The words "domain" and "hosting" get thrown around a lot. Here is what they actually mean, in plain English.
Domain This is your address, like joyne.io. You rent it, usually yearly, from a registrar.
Hosting This is where the site's files live so the internet can serve them to visitors.
What we handle For most clients, we manage both. You get one bill, one point of contact, and we handle renewals so nothing lapses.
If you already own your domain, keep it. We will point it at the new site when we launch.
